This lot are complete idiots who have purchased a debt originally owed to someone else, and now expect you to cough up both the amount and a ton of interest. Absolute rubbish company and awful staff. Just tell ’em to shove it and if they try to drag you to county court, they won’t bother actually doing it.

A quick search of MKRR reveals just how many different fronts they use and the dodgy methods they employ. Don’t engage with them by phone or post - if you can, block their numbers straight away. Talking to them won’t help; they actually reuse numbers that respond as training tools for new agents to deal with difficult customers or those who argue back. Best thing to do is just ignore them completely. Without solid evidence, they have zero chance of enforcing anything legally, so chances are they’re after money they can’t lawfully claim.

Without a doubt, these are debt collectors. They've been blowing up my youngest daughter's mobile, ringing up to three times every day for almost three months now. We've told them loads of times that they've got the wrong number and she's underage, even warned them we'd report them. Reports made, but they just don't stop. Total pestering leeches.
