Got a call from a text delivery thingy, it said to press 1 so I could hear an SMS that was left on my landline. Bit confusing, never heard of texts coming through a landline before!

On 22nd March 2022 at around 8:30pm, I got a text from 03333440000 saying "451272179". It then said if I wanted to hear the message, press 1, to save it press 2, delete with 3, or press 4 to block texts from that number. After that, it mentioned a private message from Legal UK services with a suspicious link (https://flueinc/yywvx). The instructions repeated: press 1 to listen, 2 to save, 3 to stop texts, or 4 to end the messages. Felt really dodgy to me.

I received a rather peculiar text from the number 03333440000 at 20:31 on the 22nd of March, 2022. It began with “451272179.” To access the message, one had to press 1; if you wished to keep it, you needed to hit 2, but for deletion, it was 3. Should you wish to halt further texts from this sender, pressing 4 was the way to go. Following that, the message continued, stating it was a “private communiqué from Legal UK services,” along with a link to https://flueinc/yywvx. Again, it provided options to press 1 to listen, 2 to save, 3 to erase, and 4 to cease receiving future text messages. Quite the collection of options, I must say!

At about 8:50 in the morning on the 7th of December 2020, I got a call from 033334400000. There was this recorded voice that said my name and then asked me where I’m from and what work I do. Bit unusual, really.

Got a message left on my phone about some sort of tax refund and they wanted me to ring them back. Sounds dodgy to me, probably one of those scams trying to get your info. I didn’t bother calling back.
