I got a call from some dodgy sounding person asking about repairs I supposedly asked my housing officer to fix. The voice was really weird, like a robot or something. Felt off, definitely seemed like a scam to me.

I got a call on my phone from a bloke with a really thick Indian accent. He was asking me if I’d put in any building maintenance reports. Since I’m in charge of reporting stuff like that at work, I asked what building he meant. Then it came out that he was trying to get hold of people living in council or housing association places. I said to him that sounded like a dodgy scam, and he just ended the call straight away.
