If you're dealing with a suspicious text, just copy it and send it over to 7726, and you'll receive a prompt for the relevant number or name. I believe this service is run by O2, but it's available to everyone. I always follow up by blocking the number too. As for Sarah, she claims to be acquainted with your alleged mould situation, but honestly, with over a thousand calls made, how many folks truly reckon their concerns are valid?
