Got a call from an AI called Sarah, said she was from some housing disrepair team, wanted details about damp, mould and cracks. When I confirmed it was quite bad, she said she’d transfer me to her manager. Then I got “David” on the line, sounded like he was from India, he said he helps people with housing complaints to councils or housing associations. I asked him which councils or HAs he’s dealt with, but he got super defensive and ended up hanging up when I kept pressing him for names 😂. Oh, and apparently they work with EVERY council and HA in the UK, according to them!

I’m based in Greater Manchester and got a call from someone claiming they were following up on some housing problems I’d supposedly reported. They said they wanted to assist me with it.
