When I agreed to share my concerns, I found myself "transferred" to her manager. Then I ended up chatting with a chap named "David" - his accent definitely hinted that he was based in India. He boasted about assisting folks in lodging complaints against various councils and housing associations. However, when I pressed him on which specific councils or HAs he had dealt with, his temper flared up, and he abruptly ended the call! Quite the show! 😂 Oh, and just to note, he did mention that they claim to work with ALL councils and housing associations across the UK. Quite a bold statement, isn't it?
