A couple of folks said they were from MHS housing, coming round to snap pictures of any damage to my place. I found it a bit fishy since I’d already sorted all that earlier this year. They seemed to have loads of info on me, no idea where from though. Plus, you can’t even ring them back. Makes me think they might actually be working for some other estate agents. They asked if I had a solicitor, and I was like, why on earth would I? There was loads of noise in the background, sounded like a busy call centre or something.
