They told me a payment was stopped and I needed to ring back using the reference number they gave. When I phoned the number, it sounded like it really was Lloyds, but when I tried again shortly after, the line just wouldn’t connect. I rang my real bank and they said it was definitely a scam. Later the same day, I got another similar call, but this time they used a different phone number - 0330 223 6491.
