A bloke rang claiming to be part of some housing disrepair crew. At first, I was like, maybe it's legit since I’d complained about my old place. When I asked which property he was talking about, he just kept repeating himself. So I asked again for the address and that's when he snapped, muttering something like, “I told you already, you idiot, don’t make me...” and then he just cut me off. Proper rude and shocking behaviour!

I reckon they might be picking replies depending on what you say. When I said I’m all good with my flat, she just ended the call.
