I ignored the call since the number was unfamiliar, felt like it could be a scam.

There was this caller with a thick Indian accent, speaking super quick, making it hard to catch everything. From the bits I managed to get, they said they partner with councils and housing groups to sort out stuff like mould and damp issues. But when I asked for their company name and to repeat themselves a few times, they just went quiet and hung up. Definitely smells like another dodgy scam to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Mike from housing about some repairs I supposedly asked them to fix. Sounded fishy to me, definitely a scam.
