I got a call from someone called Mike, talking about issues like damp, cracks or repairs. He said he was ringing from a housing group linked to the council. But when I asked which property he meant, he just repeated the questions about damp and cracks over and over. Felt really fishy, so I just ended the call. Smells like one of those AI spam calls - watch out for these!

Got a call from some housing repair supposedly, but they never told me which firm they were from or where exactly. They didn’t even know my name, not very convincing at all. Total spam, I'd say.

I got a call from someone who never used my name and started asking about damp issues. They claimed to be from some housing association linked to the council. When I asked for the specific name of the association, they refused to tell me. I dont live in council housing anyway. Told them it wasnt relevant for me and ended the call. Seems like a spam call if you ask me...

This was a sketchy call, definitely some sort of scam. Wouldn't trust it at all.
