They offered me 80% off hotels in Tenerife or the Costa Del Sol, then tried to connect me with someone who could check live availability. Told her it wasn’t a good time, so she said they’d ring back this evening. I checked their number online and saw loads of comments, so I’ve just blocked it. Gotta admit, she was nice and polite, but you know what they say - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I’ve recently come across CLC's timeshare proposition, claiming it leads to a more affordable holiday experience. However, the catch is that you’re responsible for your own flights and transfers, and you end up spending a whole day being pressured into listening to a presentation about how this is the best decision you’ll ever make.
