Yeah, the 111 service is totally useless. I rang them at half ten yesterday morning. They told me a medical pro would ring me back within 12 hours. Then some guy called me at 1 in the morning to say there was a hold-up. Now this same number just rang, but I missed it after like 3 rings. I reckon they were a bit miffed because I said nope to getting calls in the middle of the night. Pretty sure that pissed them off.
