Absolute rip-off! They’re taking £3 every week for some game subscription I never signed up for. Now I'm stuck trying to sort it with my phone company to get this dodgy fee off my bill. Don’t even know how they managed to put a charge on my account or where they got my number from. Proper scam.

Got a message from Demon Games saying I signed up for a £3 weekly subscription - which I never did. Don’t just brush off the message, because 02 have been charging me for it. So far, I’ve lost about £18. 02 don’t want to help much since they earn a cut from these services. The number on the message is for the phone billing services that handle complaints.
