Have you had any luck with getting your funds returned? I'm in a similar situation myself.

Just yesterday, I experienced a rather similar situation. A mysterious sum of £50 magically appeared in my account, followed by a prompt to forward it to an account under the name J A MITCHELL. Naturally, I refused and opted to contact my bank for advice. Turns out, it’s a dodgy outfit trying to shift funds abroad. Then, the so-called "manager" rang me back, and he was seething! He threatened to involve the police, and I couldn't help but push back. He ended up declaring that he would "track me down." I just found it all rather amusing!

I'm a bit skeptical about this number. A chap named Chris reached out, saying he was my loan advisor, but then another fellow called Roderick popped up claiming the same. Oddly, Roderick originally contacted me from a different number. Both of them have now requested that I send money through Western Union. They've asked for the first month’s installment upfront, promising to refund it later. However, I can't shake off this nagging feeling of mistrust towards them.

I was approached with a request for an initial payment of £60, which I provided without hesitation. However, shortly afterwards, they demanded an additional £110 in order to proceed with the loan release. I firmly declined their request and insisted on a refund of my initial payment.

Honestly, stay clear of these scammers from India! They say they'll deposit a loan into your account but first ask for an upfront payment. Don’t fall for it. After paying, they just keep giving you the runaround and won’t give your money back. The loan you were promised? Forget about ever getting it. Just a bunch of con artists trying to rip you off. Be careful!

Heads up, everyone! I’ve encountered some dodgy Indian scammers recently. They’ll request payment upfront before even considering your loan application, and trust me, you’re likely to never see a single penny land in your bank account. They reel you in with endless assurances, keeping you hopeful day after day, yet after an entire week of persistent calls, all they do is ask you for additional funds to ‘move forward.’ In my situation, they tried to squeeze out an extra £120. It’s a right sham-total crooks, I tell you! Stay savvy and steer clear of these fraudsters!

I recently applied for a loan and, lo and behold, I received a call yesterday from this number. The chap on the other end introduced himself as Tony, claiming to represent a business called UKfastloans. I picked up since I'm currently in the process of sorting a loan. Tony informed me that my application had been approved and mentioned I had two options: a secured loan or an unsecured one. When I queried the secured route, he mentioned I'd need a guarantor. Since I haven't got one, he suggested I opt for the unsecured loan instead. However, he insisted I pay a month's fee of £112 in advance before I could see any funds in my account-this immediately set off alarm bells for me. I find it quite off-putting to be asked for payment upfront before witnessing any loan disbursement. He wanted me to forward my documents via email but failed to provide a written confirmation regarding the loan, which left me feeling uneasy. Generally, other lenders I’ve dealt with have always issued some form of written agreement before I’m required to proceed. This is also the first time I’ve encountered a lender requesting an initial payment like this. Naturally, I decided to look up the phone number, 0333 311 2071, simply because something didn’t sit right. The man, Tony, kept pestering me, urging that I send my identification and payment confirmation documents over. When I didn’t comply, he rang me again, accusing me of dishonesty for not making the payment and threatening to report me to his head office, stating I’d be blacklisted. It’s absurd, as I haven’t committed any funds or signed any agreements with them-I have no intention of passing my money to someone I don’t trust. This whole situation is quite alarming, and I’m considering reporting this to the authorities. Could anyone offer me some assistance? - Caller: 0333 311 2071

Today, I received a rather unexpected phone call from this number. The chap on the line identified himself as Justin, claiming to be from a firm called UKfastloans. Now, I'm currently in the market for a loan, so I was initially interested. However, I got quite suspicious when he mentioned that they required the first month’s payment before I’d even been granted the loan! In all my years of dealing with various loan providers, this is genuinely the first time anyone has ever asked for an upfront payment like that. It’s left me feeling uneasy, and my gut instinct is urging me to steer well clear of this company.

Absolutely dodgy operation! They’ll deposit cash into your account, only to pressure you into wiring funds or visiting a Western Union to send money off to India. Seriously, steer clear and don’t give them a penny!

I received a call from someone claiming to be from a payday loan company, saying I had submitted an application for a loan. Foolishly, I assumed it was legitimate and ended up sharing my bank details. Then, they had the audacity to request an upfront payment for the monthly instalments! Naturally, I refused! What was I thinking?
