Just had another ring from a number pretty much the same as earlier today. I've already reported the first one to Orbtalk. They mentioned they'll get in touch with their client, and if they get three or more dodgy calls from a number they supply, they'll be suspending that account. Honestly, I’m quite hopeful they'll follow through this time.

Got another dodgy call today, hung up straight away and blocked the number. I sent a text with "Call" plus the number to 7726 to report it to Action Fraud.

Yesterday I got a call from 03333110989 telling me my contract was ending soon. I checked with my provider and they said O2 doesn't make calls like that anymore. Seems like this number is just a scam trying to trick people.

Got a call from 0333 311 0989 today, bloke said his name was Kevin and told me my O2 contract needed renewing. Thing is, my O2 deal actually ended back in June 2022. I didn’t bother with him, just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

They called claiming to be from O2, saying my SIM needs to be renewed.

Getting loads of calls from O2 scammers recently, probably two or three every day and they keep switching numbers. Told one caller I’d passed away, then just a few hours later another one rings me again. It’s proper annoying!
