Seeing all the feedback about this number, I’m really relieved my phone just blocks these calls straight away. Lately, I’ve been getting loads from similar 0333 prefixes and it’s honestly worrying. What’s worse is that alot of hospitals also use 0333 numbers to contact patients about appointments and things like that. These scammers need to be shut down asap because it’s not just about being conned - it could actually put people’s health at risk if they miss important messages from legit sources. Proper dangerous situation all round.

Got ripped off, they swiped £395 from my bank but I got absolutely nothing in return. Asked them if they were legit and they just sent me to some Gov.uk site about registered businesses! I’ve already reported it to OFTEL and the police fraud team!!

Really aggressive company, sounds like a PPI scam. They had my address and then started asking for my date of birth, credit card expiry dates and credit limits, saying it was to 'calculate what they could recover' for me. When they went as far as asking for card numbers and the security code, I called them out for phishing. They just dropped the call immediately.

I had an unexpected call from a lady who mentioned something about PPI and wanted to know which mortgage provider I used, as well as details about any loans. I shared that information, but then our conversation abruptly cut off. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that she can't do anything unsavoury with the details I provided, seeing as she didn’t request any account numbers or sensitive information. It’s a rather worrying situation!

They said they were VERITAS Advisors. Used the number 033333057564, which is fake. After making big promises about PPI, they asked for credit card info and the 3-digit code. Tried to pressure me emotionally to hurry up and give the last details to access the account. If I'd given them anything, at least £495 would’ve been taken out, maybe even more. These guys are total SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!
