If your phone like my Moto G3 doesn’t have a block feature, ask your network provider like Vodaphone to disable your voicemail, then set unknown numbers to go there by adding them as contacts. I’ve named mine stuff like 'c##t caller 1', 'c##t caller 2' and so on - none of them bother me anymore.
