Got a call from someone claiming they're with Nationwide, saying there was an attempt to put two direct debits on my account. They started asking for my online banking details and date of birth. When I asked for more info, they told me to ring the number on the back of my card and said they'd make a note on the account. But when I actually rang the bank, they said they'd never had a call from these scammers with their posh accents. Total scam alert!
