Got a call about some 02 deal, saying if you access your account you can upgrade your phone. They sent me a pricey phone then a text saying it was a mix-up and I was meant to get a different pricey thing, like they’d promised before, and that someone would come to collect it. When I questioned the texts, the person replied with 'please help me I’m really struggling'. This definitely needs to be looked into by proper authorities.
