Get in touch with Marston Holdings or the head of Lowell, and they’ll verify that this is all a con. Don’t get swept up in their bluster when they make threats or say things like they’ll come to your house by Friday - it’s all utter nonsense. They haven’t a clue who you are or where you reside. They thrive on your personal details and will ask for your address among other things, but don’t divulge anything. Also, steer clear of providing your email, as they send out counterfeit notices claiming to be warrants. It’s all a load of rubbish. Stay calm and just disregard these fools.

One particularly aggressive caller, a man of Indian descent, insists he's simply doing his job and attempts to bully you into providing your bank information. He’s definitely not above employing deceitful tactics, even claiming to be affiliated with energy firms. It's absolutely crucial to report these incidents to the police promptly, as they are relentless in targeting your child's phone.
