Definately a scam call, just block and forget about them. They like to scare you with rubbish about coming to your house or threats, but they won’t show up. If you want to double-check, ring Marston Holdings in Lowell - they’ll tell you it’s all a load of nonsense. They don’t know who you are or where you live, they just try to trap you by asking for your details. Never ever give them your address or email because they send fake warrant letters which are completely fake. Just stay calm and don’t let these muppets get to you. Ignore them and move on.

Got calls demanding cash after my kid entered some Facebook competition online. They said they're from a debt collection firm, but it’s just lies. Another firm rings up later, targeting kids again. They threaten both kids and parents, pretending to be from a place called Lowell or Marston Holdings. If you Google Marston Holdings & ring them up, they’ll tell you it’s a scam and offer to check your debts, so just ignore these calls. The bloke with an Indian accent says he’s just doing his job but gets aggressive, pushing for your bank info. He’s a con artist, sometimes fakes being from energy suppliers or Rosendales. Report them to the police straight away coz they'll keep pestering your kid’s phone nonstop.
