Got a call about insuring my washing machine. I mentioned it’s about twenty years old but they said it didn’t matter. They kept saying I could get a new one if I signed up for insurance at £12.99 each month. They wouldn’t take no for an answer, quite pushy really.

If you’re curious how they found out your name, it’s probably from some data breach. Just ignore whatever they’re selling, don’t give in to it!

I pick up, and they just end the call straight away! Totally seems like a scam to me...my tip: DO NOT CALL THEM BACK, rubbish people.

They ring me about 3 or 4 times daily, but when I try to call back, it doesn’t even ring on their end, it just cuts straight to someone else. I’ve never had this happen before, so I reckon it might be some sort of scam. Watch out, folks!

I keep getting calls from what says Vodafone UK, but it’s actually some call centre in India. They do a good job of making you think it’s Vodafone, but it’s definitely not the proper UK office. They just keep ringing over and over.
