I received an unsolicited call from a chap purporting to be linked to a firm meant to handle repairs for council homes. When I pressed him for more details, he flip-flopped, asserting he was affiliated with the council, only to later backtrack and deny any connection. Quite the dodgy behaviour, if you ask me!
