I'm absolutely done with Hattons of London. I've told them over and over that I’m not interested in buying coins anymore, but they just keep ringing me. Today they called again, so I decided to keep them on the line for nearly two hours. I added coins worth about £4,000-£5,000 to the basket, just to mess with them. The guy must have thought he was going to score a big commission this payday - not a chance! Right when he asked for my bank details, I told him flat out I wasn’t buying a thing and asked if he was annoyed I wasted his time. The call suddenly went dead, I reckon he just hung up. Hopefully that’s the last of their calls!

Didn’t pick up this number since i didn’t recognise it. After seeing other comments, it looks like it’s from Hattons of London cause I bought a special coin set just the day before. I’m gonna block the number anyway since i clearly said in my order to only get in touch by email.

I bought a full set of sovereigns from Hattons of London and the coins themselves were lovely. When a lady called me afterwards, I asked her quite clearly not to ring me again as I'm really busy day to day. I said if I wanted more coins I'd get in touch. That worked alright for a couple of months at first. But now, blimey, they won’t stop bugging me on both my mobile and landline. I've told them several times to quit calling because I’m never going to buy from them again due to the constant pestering. Still, they keep ringing. So nowadays, if I’ve got time, I drag the call out as long as I can, sometimes nearly an hour, then drop the bomb that I have zero intention of buying anything and have been wasting their time. I usually try to fool them into thinking I might order three full sovereign sets. Guess what? No luck at all!

It's really annoying, especially since they're ringing my personal business line. They seriously need to stop. kept gettin calls from 0333234101, checked the number and found out i gave it to them when i ordered a coin. really annoyed they never said it was some pushy telesales place, i would've thought twice bout buyin if i'd known. anyway, spoke to my son who showed me how to block the number on my phone, these phones have some clever features these days. now i dont get calls from them anymore, also blocked a few other telemarketer numbers. sorted now!
