Ive been dodging this number for a few weeks now, but finally picked up today and it was really Aqua credit card. My payment holiday was almost finished and they called to check if I wanted to stretch it out a bit longer. So if your payment holiday is still going, maybe pick up and see if you can get it extended. They didnt ask for any payment plans or details or anything.

Got a call from this number earlier today on my phone. I use Truecaller and it came up as 'we rob blind' ??? I just blocked it immediately. If it’s actually Aqua, they really ought to get that number registered properly so it shows Aqua and not something dodgy like 'we rob blind'. Pretty telling, if you ask me.

Got a call saying they were from AQUA (New Day) credit card, but the questions they asked seemed way off and like they were breaking data protection rules. Got pretty pushy when I asked questions and then just cut the call. The number they used doesn’t match the real AQUA contact number on their official site. Best to just ignore if they ring you, looks like a scam.

We did the security questions, and he even pointed out some errors I made on purpose. He sounded professional and knew stuff about my account, like when my last payment was. Yeah, it's definitely Aqua Credit Card, which is actually NewDay Ltd. If they're bothering you, it's probably because you owe them something or missed paying on time. I had to put a payment freeze on mine cause of money troubles with covid, but that finished and I paid everything back before the deadline. So not sure why they keep ringing me, but I’m not gonna let them get away with pestering me!
