Might actually be Active Quote on the line since I’ve dealt with them earlier, but I always make sure to opt out of any calls when signing up anywhere - I really hate getting constantly bugged. They had my name right and tried to "verify my address and birthday", which is a huge red flag for me when someone rings up. Anyone careful would spot that straight away as dodgy.

Got a call from some comparison website after I checked out life insurance options. If I was really interested, I’d just get in touch with the insurer myself, so no idea why they kept ringing me like 20 times - felt a bit too pushy if you ask me!!

18th January 2022 at 13:49, I received a call from 0333 212 7980. Additionally, I had a couple of missed calls on both 18th and 17th January from 0333 321 28271. It’s quite frustrating, really, as these calls are completely silent, and not a single message is left behind. This, along with the barrage of international numbers calling my home phone, has become rather irritating.

Been gettin loads of calls for days after checkin out life insurance on compare the market. calls come from different extensions but all start with 0333212. never left a voicemail, and when i did pick up once, there was just dead silence.

i've taken loads of these calls but no one ever says anything, they ring late at night. i blocked the number but then got another call from a different one, when i answered the guy asked why i blocked him. i just hung up. starting to feel a bit uneasy now.
