Today, 26/01/18, I got a call from someone who sounded like they had a Scouse accent. They started talking about baseball players, which seemed a bit random and not meant for me. Then they just hung up out of nowhere.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from a council or some similar authority. They mentioned something about a wall cavity but abruptly disconnected the call before I could ask more questions. Quite odd, really!

Got a call out of the blue from this number about my cavity wall insulation, asking if I had any issues (I haven't). They knew my number and address and said it came from some "cavity wall insulation database," which I can’t find any proof of. Feels a bit dodgy to me, so be really careful. If you've got any problems, best to get in touch with the original installer or CIGA - don’t mess about with random companies making claims.
