Got a frustrating call from someone with a French number but sounded English. They said they were from some place called Securus Planning, claiming it was just advice, no selling or marketing involved. Got a call today from someone claiming to be Securus Planning. The voice was nice enough, but they kept saying they already had our info on file, which was a surprise. They were quite pushy trying to get more details out of us, just the typical cold call sales spiel. They said they’re located in Middlesbrough up in the North East, but when we tried searching for them, nothing turned up. Definitely steer clear of this caller.

Got a call out of the blue from SECURUS PLANNING the other day. Total pain, and frankly I think what they’re doing is against the law. Had a look at reviews about this number and it’s the same story - pushy and annoying. These cold callers really need to be taken to task. If you’re worried about care home fees, I’d suggest checking in with Citizens Advice first instead. Loads of legit firms offer help with this stuff, so don’t waste your time or money on these dodgy cold callers.
