I received a rather dubious call from a robotic voice offering to replace my boiler. After several of these annoyances, I finally opted to speak with a human advisor. Upon my inquiry, I was informed that the company was called the "Energy Care Centre" based in Glasgow. Curiosity got the better of me, and I requested their physical address, only for them to tell me to look it up on Google before promptly hanging up. Upon conducting a search, I discovered that this so-called company seems to be non-existent! It certainly raises some red flags, don’t you think?

Got a robo call saying “we see you haven’t done your mandatory energy check from 2017.” Like someone else mentioned, this feels like harrassment. I’m thinking of complaining to the ICO. No use trying the TPS though, they only step in if they know the caller’s identity and I doubt this lot is even on the TPS register. Feels like the TPS can’t do much about these types of calls.
