I've told Quickly Finance and this Joseph James loads of times that I'll take them to court 'cos I've got proof this claim against me is rubbish. Still, they keep ringing up trying to sort a deal, which I've already turned down in writing - I've even got copies ready for the court date! Now I've warned them if they ring me again, I'm gonna get a court order to stop them contacting me.

This Joseph Law place is actually the ones doing the scamming. They try to get money from people for stuff we never asked for. So yeah, this whole office is definitely full of scammers. They don’t hire others to do it, it’s their own staff calling us, trying to chase money that isn’t theirs. Total scam, no doubt about it.

If you owe money, just pay it! If you dont, then the rest of us end up picking up the tab through higher fees. If you cant afford to pay, then dont take it on in the first place. About those PPI claims, all you had to do was send a letter to your bank and you’d get your money back. No need to get lawyers involved.

Joseph James Law are such annoyances. They purchase debts from all sorts of places, like firms that have gone bust, meaning the debts should no longer be valid. Yet they keep hassling you over debts that technically don’t even exist anymore!

i looked up the law firm’s contact first to make sure it was genuine. the call was about an unpaid service charge from chandler simmons connected to a ppi refund i got from halifax bank back in 2018. so yeah, definitely real and not a scam.
