The guy was really polite and friendly. I’d accidentally bumped into someone because they braked suddenly, and I ended up hitting the back of their car. He said he’d made a claim on my insurance. I admitted I was a bit at fault, but the man told me it had been recorded as me not being to blame and asked me to explain the situation. I told him what happened but now I wish I hadn't, as I reckon the other driver might have been trying to get a whiplash payout (I was only driving about 10-15mph!). Best not to pick up or give any details to this number.

I get calls from them non stop, they’re those insurance claim chasers and really should be dodged. Everything others have said is spot on. Honestly, the best move is just to ignore the call and block the number straight away. Also let your mates and family know to watch out for them. RS LEGAL might sound all professional, but it’s just a scam in disguise.
