On 12th June, I got a call from a woman telling me I’d won a £1000 voucher for a kitchen or bedroom. She sounded really nice and mentioned she was originally from my area but moved up to Scotland because her stepdad’s dad was unwell, so she needed to be closer to family. She told me there was an appointment available the next day, Wednesday 13th, at 10am. However, no one turned up at that time. Later, I tried ringing the 0333 number, but it wouldn’t go through. As you can guess, it was pretty frustrating.

I got a call from a woman named Vicky claiming to be from d.m. design, asking for my hubby by his first name. She said he’d done an online survey (which he definitely hadn’t, especially on that date and time as he wasn’t even home) and that we’d won a £1,000 voucher for a kitchen or bedroom. I told her to remove us from their list, stop with the fibs, and reminded her we’re registered on the TPS.

I told them my last name isn’t what they reckoned and even asked if they really meant a Mr with that name. When I said nope, that’s not correct, the bloke started mocking how I pronounced it, copying my accent all funny-like, then just hung up on me. He sounded Scottish, and honestly was super rude!

So I got a call from someone with a Scottish accent claiming I'd done a survey back in November, which I definitely hadn't. Then they said I'd won a £1000 voucher and asked if I'd rather spend it on the kitchen or bathroom. I just told them I wasn't interested and didn’t want any bother from them. Pretty annoying!

Got a call from a lady telling me I’d won a voucher for a kitchen or bedroom. She said their agent would be in my neck of the woods tomorrow to deliver it in person and show me a design plan for my home. Yeah, as if! The company was something like d.m. design and they were ringing from Scotland.

A company that does design stuff rang up saying we did a phone survey, which is rubbish because we never do those. They even mentioned a specific day and time earlier this week, but no one was home then. The woman was really pushing to chat with my husband, saying he was the one who did the survey, and kept asking when he'd be free. I told them to remove us from their list and then she just hung up.
