I had a rather unpleasant experience earlier when a lady from DM Design, sporting a Scottish accent, called me up. Upon informing her that I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and didn’t wish to receive any unsolicited calls, she became quite aggressive before abruptly ending the call. Quite shocking, really!

I had a rather unsolicited phone call from this number today. They actually addressed me by name and seemed to be aware of my postcode. I chose not to validate the postcode but inquired about their purpose for calling. They rambled on about furniture for bathrooms and bedrooms, and that’s when I decided to end the conversation.

I received a call today from someone with an incredibly thick accent-I'm not certain if it's Scottish, but it certainly made it difficult to grasp the name of their company or the purpose of their call. We've had a couple of these calls today alone. My husband ended up hanging up on them! They bombard us with questions, yet we can't make heads or tails of what they're asking! If only we could comprehend their words, we’d be able to provide a lot more useful information. Apologies for the inconvenience!
