No matter how many times I ask them to take me off their list, these guys just keep blasting me with emails. Honestly, they’re like annoying pests and seriously need to be put in their place.

I was interested in getting a new boiler and reached out for info. Soon after, I got a text saying they’d been trying to get hold of me but couldn’t, asking me to reply if I wasn’t interested anymore. I never replied. Then another message came through saying they’d called but couldn’t reach me, telling me to ring their number. But honestly, the only way they’d tried to contact me was by those texts and I’m definitely not gonna call that number.

After I applied for a grant to get my boiler replaced for energy saving reasons, they rang me up. They then passed me onto British Gas, who have been calling me to check if I qualify for the grant.
