Usually, I just pick up these numbers on mute at first. This bloke stayed silent for like a minute while I was opening my front door. I could tell he was still there, so right before I shouted "OI, YOU SCAMMER!" he hung up.

She was asking to talk to whoever handles the mobiles, and as soon as I told her I wasn’t interested, she started acting all rude.

It appears that this app has taken complete control of my phone, monitoring my every move and leaving me unable to access other applications. It’s as if it’s set itself up as the administrator, and I find it quite concerning.

Hello, I’m new here and could really use some assistance. I’m from Ghana and last year I got this phone from a mate. The problem is, it keeps restarting all on its own about every hour. Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on?

I received a call from a woman who introduced herself as Becky, representing Ace Communication. She was quite keen to have a word with the manager of my business agency and, interestingly, she knew his complete name. However, when I informed her that my number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, she swiftly ended the call without further ado.

Got a call from a bloke who was quite alright. Told him I’m not keen, he tried to convince me a bit, probably just doing his job. I stayed polite, didn’t get annoyed, and he appreciated that and didn’t push further. Just remember, be kind - they’re people too.

Got calls from ICE Comms again, asking straight for our director by name. It’s not just a one-off, they’ve been pestering us for a while now. From what I’ve seen on Trustpilot, their reviews aren’t great and seem to point towards some dodgy business practices. Definitely feels like a scammy type of cold call to me.

Got a couple of calls from Ice Comms trying to sell mobile deals. I told them we're happy with our local provider and not looking to switch. They keep calling every few months, sometimes even asking for specific people by name. Bit persistent if you ask me!

So these cheeky people ring you up, just to suss out what mobile network you've got. Then outta nowhere, they call back pretending they can help you save some pennies, but really they just wanna pester you with their sales pitches and end up wasting your time. Proper annoying.

Had another call from them even though I already told them nicely to remove me from their call list. Still kept ringing, really irritating and pointless.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be with Vodaphone or something, which was odd since we're a company and don't even deal with that kind of service. Not sure what the deal was with that call.

Got a call from 03332025000, a woman named Vicky from Ace Communication. She wanted to talk to whoever sorts out mobile numbers at our company. When I told her we’re signed up with the corporate TPS, she quickly said sorry and promised to take us off her list. Seemed like she was well aware she wasn’t supposed to be calling us. As soon as I asked for her details and the firm’s, she acted straight away.

When they ring, they never actually tell you their name, just keep insisting they're "agents for BT Wholesale." If you look up "Ice Comms review," don’t be fooled by the glowing five-star ratings - take a proper look at the one-star ones instead! These lot are really dodgy, so I’d stay well clear of them!

So, I found out that both 'talkfair###' and '#lice-comms{##}/' are actually running under the same company. Pretty weird how they use different names but it’s all the same business.
