I tried both sites but couldn’t find any 'refund form' they mentioned. A woman named Crystal said that 77 Games and Zimwin are basically the same company with different contact numbers, and any refund had to be done online. She wasn’t able to approve a refund herself. I’m a pensioner, and £36 means a lot to me - it would cover two weeks' bills - so I really need to get my money back. Does anyone know the proper way to do this? I honestly don’t know how this all happened and definitely didn’t agree to anything on purpose. Thanks to my mobile provider, I think I’ve stopped more calls by texting STOP ALL, but I’m still not sure.
