Yeah, this is right, and because of a dodgy card machine, I ended up with a bill that’s more than £900!

This number started showing up back in April 2019. It’s happened before and seems connected to the PDQ machine. I’m just about to call Barclaycard because it looks like Barclaycard Merchant Services updating their system again and trying to sneak charges onto the account without people realising. Last time they ended up refunding the calls and moved to a freephone number. But now it seems they’ve switched the number. Definitely worth questioning this kind of thing.

These calls can get pricey but Barclays will give you your money back if you complain. A few years back, we got loads of repeated calls from this number, so I contacted Barclays and they checked things out, then sent us a replacement card machine as they found the old one was faulty.
