I received a call where they had the audacity to inquire if they were speaking to me by name before abruptly disconnecting the line. I haven’t a clue who they are, and honestly, to just hang up like that feels utterly inappropriate, especially considering the current circumstances we all find ourselves in. If this is indeed a business, it's high time they invested in proper training for their employees!
