The letter asserts that he owes them £54.21 - which is utterly puzzling given that he has no outstanding debts at all. They’re stating that they’ve attempted to reach out to him several times. I highly advise against answering this number or returning their calls, as I suspect it could lead to unnecessary charges or complications!
