It was Sky, I just switched my account to another provider a while ago, and now after a few months they’re trying to tempt me back with all sorts of offers. Got a call from some bloke in India calling himself "John". I had nothing to do with that muppet, so I rang up Sky straight away and spoke to a guy from Scotland who was just as daft. It claims to be Sky but I’m pretty sure it’s connected to a dodgy 0800 056 1044 number. When the call from 03331005000 finished, the 0800 056 1044 popped up briefly and showed as a missed call. I looked both up here and they both say they’re from ‘Sky’, but I’m not convinced.

Got about three calls every day and the moment I pick up, they just hang up - if it's Sky like others say, it's a total joke. Sky seriously has zero clue about customer service, if you can even call it that. They really need to sort that out cause there basically isn’t any proper service. It was someone from Sky, but they just ended the call when I tried to talk to them. Funny enough, I had recently ended my contract with them, and looking online it looks like this happens a lot. Oddly enough, OFCOM's rules say once you've cancelled, they're not supposed to call you anymore. Maybe that's why when I tried to quit, they kept me hanging on for 42 minutes even though I told them I wasn’t interested in any deals.

This is Sky calling, I picked up and they just hung up without saying a word!! When I rang back, it was some recorded message saying they had tried to contact me but failed. (All because some stubborn person didn’t want to answer properly). They’ve been ringing from different numbers about 3-4 times a day since 16/03/2017. It’s proper harassment. If someone on the other end would just talk, I’d tell them to stop calling me! Shame on Sky for not keeping a better eye on their staff!!!

I called Sky earlier today since I’m still a customer, about this number 0333 100 5000. I told them they ring me several times a day but never leave a message and then just hang up. They said it’s not them because whenever Sky calls, they always update your account to show they’ve contacted you. Sky said no one from their side has called me since January when they made a proper call, so maybe it’s a scam or something??
