We thought it was some kinda O2 upgrade scam at first. We rang O2 ourselves and apparently they’d got a request matching what was said, so they ended up cancelling the order right away. Then we called the bank to check if we needed to cancel our cards, but they told us our bank info hadn’t been breached or anything like that. Still a bit confusing tho.

Someone saying they're from O2 called me, telling me about a discount and a free Apple Watch Series 6. Then, they somehow added an iPhone 15 Pro Titanium to my O2 account. I phoned them back to let them know I got the phone, and they said Royal Mail would collect it. The postman showed up the next day but didn’t give me any receipt. Now, my account’s frozen for fraud, and I’m getting billed for a phone I never actually received.
