I'm still quite baffled by the whole situation. We reached out to O2, and they confirmed that they had indeed received an order in our name, prompting them to swiftly cancel it. After that, we got in touch with our bank to discuss potentially cancelling our cards, but they reassured us that our bank details weren't at risk. Quite the muddle, to be honest!3 yearsI received a call purporting to be from O2, stating that I was eligible for a discount on my bill and a complimentary Apple Watch Series 6. To my surprise, they also added an iPhone 15 Pro Titanium to my account without my knowledge. I promptly phoned the number back to inform them of this unexpected change, and they conveniently scheduled a Royal Mail collection. However, the next day, no postman arrived with a receipt or any indication of the collection taking place.
