Items were delivered incorrectly, and it was all rather cunning - our postman even brought along a returns label to collect them. Once I figured out it was a ruse, I decided to investigate the return address online, only to discover it led to a rather shabby residence, rather than an actual returns facility. What a fool I’ve been, I fell for it utterly. The number that rang me was +44 333 090 8457. The person on the other end claimed to be Ashley Benz, but I highly suspect that’s not her true identity. She said an iPhone had been sent to me by mistake and asked if I could return it, which I did-only to later discover it was a scam. I reached out to O2’s fraud department at 0344 809 0202 to report the incident, and fortunately, they’ve barred the phone so it can't be used anymore.
