Only after I suspected something dodgy did I google the return address and found out it was not any company returns office but just an old shabby house. The number was +44 333 090 8457. The lady on the phone said her name was Ashley Benz, though I reckon that’s a made-up name. She claimed an iPhone had been sent to me by accident and asked if I could send it back, which I did before someone warned me it might be a scam. I rang O2’s fraud team on 0344 809 0202 straight after and they’ve now blocked the phone so it can't be used.
