Sounds like a proper scam to me, with some bloke pretending to be Zone Firewall. They've been ringing from different 020 numbers too. The actual Zone Firewall said their contact info got nicked in a hack.

Got a call from some random number, no idea who it was. Had no interest so I just hung up straight away.

This number keeps ringing me. The lady on the line had a strong accent and I couldn’t really catch what she was saying. She claimed to be from IT support. I checked it out on the ZoneAlarm Security website and they said to just ignore and hang up because it’s a scam call.
