I can confirm that this is absolutely a fraudulent call, with the caller claiming to be from Zone Firewall. They've appeared on my phone using various 020 numbers. I reached out to the genuine Zone Firewall, and they've revealed that their contact list has been compromised. Be wary, folks!

I've been receiving calls from this number repeatedly. The caller had a thick accent, making it quite difficult to make sense of what she was saying. She claimed to be from IT support. I decided to do a bit of digging and reached out to ZoneAlarm Security, and they advised me to terminate the call immediately as it's likely a scam.
