Got a call from someone claiming to be O2, tried to get me to order a phone on my account. Then they said it was a mix-up and wanted me to send the phone to some address. Total scam!

Got a call from someone who said they were with O2’s fraud team, told me to send back an iPhone using a QR code they’d send over. The number came up as Mission Labs though. I rang O2 to check and they said they hadn’t contacted me at all. Could be a real firm but definitely some dodgy scammers pretending to be them.
