No idea who these people are but they keep calling my husband about an accident from 2017. He’s told them plenty of times that nothing like that ever happened and asked them to stop calling, yet they still ring back. I told him to just block the number and not answer anymore. Not sure if it’s some kind of scam, but thought I’d warn others to watch out.
