It told me to call 0333 070 5801 or message on WhatsApp using a link, which then took me to some Bristow Sutor website... total SCAM, don't fall for it!!!!!!!WhatsAppBristow Sutor11 monthsGot scammed, watch out!12 monthsGot a text about paying some Ultra Low Emission charge, which is strange since I don’t even own a car or have a driving licence! They rang me once and asked for personal info. They already knew my name but wanted my address too. I told them if they reckon I owe money, they should have my address already. After that, they just hung up on me. What a weird experience!1 yearGot a text saying I owe money to TFL and that I need to ring Bristol and Sutor to sort it out. Massive thanks to everyone working hard to spot these scams and giving us a way to report them. Big shoutout to those working hard to spot these dodgy schemes and giving us ways to report them. Just a heads up - 0333 0705861 and 07781488270 are definitely scams. Stay safe everyone!2 yearsGot texts from a no reply number saying I needed to get in touch with 07860078251 about a TfL fine. They even mentioned Bristow and Sutor and someone called Abigail Wheeler! I rang the police and they confirmed it's a total scam, told me just to ignore it. These scammers are pretty persistent and it’s honestly a bit worrying, but don’t let them trick you! When I first got a message like this, I phoned them up and they had no clue who I was, yet they wanted my personal info - obviously I said no. STAY SAFE!BristowSutorAbigail Wheeler3 yearsHad an enforcement officer turn up on 17th November 2023. I tried ringing Bristow and Sutor but couldn’t get through on the real number, which isn’t the same as the one here (the agent Amber Ward left a message from **5801). I’m going to keep giving it a go though. Something about it feels off, smells like a scam, which is why I ended up here. For now, I’m tagging that phone number as dodgy just based on instinct.BristowSutorAmber Ward3 yearsI've received this dodgy message a staggering ten times since June. Just to clarify, I don’t even have a car! The message goes something like this: "Your outstanding debt with the Transport for London Traffic Enforcement Scheme remains unpaid. We're preparing to hand over your details to our enforcement team. To avoid this outcome, you can ring us at 0333 070 5801 or send a WhatsApp message to us at https://wa.me/447860078251, using reference number 3300-7627141. The simplest and quickest way to resolve this is to settle the outstanding amount in full to prevent any further action or costs. You can pay via www.bristowsutor.co.uk/pay. We will keep an eye on your account in the coming days to check whether you pay us or get in touch. Regards, Abigail Wheeler, Bristow & Sutor." I reached out to TFL and they were completely clueless about this. It’s clearly a scam! And the worst bit is, I can’t even block it because it’s sent as a NO REPLY text. What a nuisance!Transport for London Traffic Enforcement SchemeWhatsAppRegardsAbigail WheelerBristowSutorTFL3 yearsGot an email warning me about a bogus ULEZ fine, saying they’d confiscate my stuff and it all sounded really scary.ULEZ3 yearsThis felt like a proper spam call, so I just ended up blocking the number straight away.3 yearsI've received a fair few calls from this number, and I haven't the foggiest who it might be. I've decided to block it, as it seems rather dodgy - definitely sounds like spam to me!3 yearsReceived a message from a number starting with tfL? Seems like it might be unsolicited rubbish.3 yearsNo clue who’s calling but best to just block this number, honestly.4 yearsThis is nothing but a fraudulent scheme! They're attempting to swindle innocent folks out of their hard-earned cash. They keep insisting you settle this TfL penalty charge immediately-it's a substantial sum, too. If you head over to the authentic TfL website and enter your PCN number, you'll find there's no record of it whatsoever. It's a complete fabrication! This scamming operation is designed to take advantage of unsuspecting people. Steer clear and report them to the authorities. Whatever you do, don’t part with any money-it's utterly bogus! Total rubbish!4 yearsUtterly rubbish. Just stay clear of it and don’t part with any cash.4 yearsDEBT COLLECTOR.4 yearsThey purport to be debt collectors acting on behalf of the "local authority" or "TFL." It seems they’re fishing for your personal details and are quite nebulous about their claims. There’s this overwhelming sense of urgency they create, yet they refuse to divulge any specifics. Take this exchange for instance: "This matters urgently, or your flexible payment arrangement will be forfeited unless you extend your payment terms concerning a debt you owe." When asked, "Could you clarify what this pertains to?" the response is simply, "You need to provide your security details." To which one might respond, "I’m uneasy about sharing my information, given that this is an unsolicited call. Can you at least specify what this is regarding?" Only to hear, "Local authority debt. Since you haven’t confirmed your security details, I’m unable to proceed with our discussion." It’s worth noting that my local authority has records in both my and my partner’s names, and they have our postal address on file. Hence, I find it hard to believe this is a genuine operation.5 yearsI’ve no clue who this number belongs to.Submit Your Own Report (0333 070 5801)

The cost of calls is no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). Mobile call costs differ based on the selected calling plan. Typically, these calls are included in free call packages.
