When I picked up, there was a weird silence, then some background noise before a lady with an Indian accent quietly said “hello (using my first name)?” I asked who it was, and she said “Hi Miss (using my last name), it’s (mumble name) about your washing machine at… Avenue” - I couldn’t really catch the full address, but I’ve never lived anywhere on an ‘Avenue’. I told her I didn’t live there and I had no issues with my washing machine. She said thanks and hung up. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.
