A robotic voice used my real name, saying, "Hi XXX, are you there?" I stayed quiet and kept my phone on silent for about two minutes. The caller or the automated system didn’t say a word after that. Eventually, it said, “Sorry, I can’t understand you. I’ll ring back later,” and then hung up. There was background noise that sounded like a busy call centre, probably to trick you into thinking it was legit. I never gave any details or confirmed anything, and I've blocked the number now. Pretty sure this was a scam or some dodgy call attempt.
