I've gotten two calls from these guys within just one day. I thought cold calls weren't allowed anymore? The caller said they were from Claims Firm and spoke with an Indian accent. Really irritating!

Had a call from AM1 Claims Management about getting a refund for some dodgy car finance, sounded like those ambulance chasers to me. Honestly, I wouldn’t go near them with a ten foot pole. Better off checking with the FCA for proper advice and sorting your claim yourself - you’ll probably end up with a better payout that way.
