So, I got a call saying I'd asked about getting solar panels installed, which is strange cos I already have them. Then the person switched up and said they could assist with other stuff instead. Bit odd really.

So, someone said I’d asked about solar panels, but that's not right - I’m not even able to have solar panels installed on my roof!

They called and kept asking for a man, but since I'm a woman and obviously sound like one, I wondered if they were just not listening or maybe a bit thick. Before I could say any more, they suddenly ended the call.

I got a missed call and decided to call back. The moment I did, it didn’t actually ring but I heard my name right away, then the caller just asked if I was there and went silent. Strange experience!
