Received a call asking to verify details about an accident; seemed rather suspicious. Might be a scam.

Disturbing and concerning I received an unsolicited telephone call this evening from a firm calling themselves First Central Call, who were adamant about confirming details of an alleged accident. When I pointed out that they weren’t associated with my insurance provider, they claimed to represent the other party involved. I pressed them for specifics—who they represented, the date of this supposed mishap, and how they obtained my contact information—but she evaded my queries completely. I firmly told them that this had the hallmarks of a scam call and requested they remove my number from their list and refrain from contacting me again. The lady insisted she merely wanted to verify information regarding the accident and provide updates – but it was clearly a scam.
The number to watch out for is 03330432022.

It appears to be from 1st Central Insurance. They tend to reach out to me regarding claims. I always request that they send me a confirmation via email. True to their word, the email did arrive from 1st Central itself.

Although they didn't pick up my call, I've seen earlier feedback suggesting it's linked to TST Central Insurance. However, I can't personally vouch for that information.
